Charasteristics:
A white sand crystallization or light yellow powder chemicals. Its melting point is 3000 ℃ (decomposition),
ignition temperature 250 ℃. It insoluble in ethanol while soluble in sodium hydroxide solution. With water
it will burn and has a strong reaction. The water solution is unstable. It belongs to the strong reducing
agent. When exposed to the air it can absorb oxygen and oxidation, but also easy to absorb moisture and
metamorphism. It can seize the oxygen in air to agglomerate and irritating sour.Toxic and it has a stimulating effect to eyes and mucosa.
Application:
It is widely used in the textile industry for vat dyeing, reduction cleaning, printing, stripping and textile
materials bleaching. It is also used in bleaching paper pulps , especially mechanical pulpbleaching kaolin
clay and foodstuffs. As a reducing agent, it is used in organic synthesizing.
Storage
The product shall be stored in a clean, dry & cool area protected from exposure to moisture, foreign odors and other contaminants.
